Alumina Ball:

Purpose:
This product is of high hardness, big density, good normalization behavior that used in paint, table ware, chemical, tiles industry etc.

Body Stain:

Purpose:
The reasons for using a stain versus an oxide, etc. are (1) Stability of Color an important criteria for tiles, sanitary ware, etc. (2) Insolubility an insoluble (in water) stain greatly diminishes the risk in handling wet glazes when dipping or pouring, etc. (3) Color the fired color of most stains is identical to the raw color because it has already been  fired.

Purpose:

Recommended Use:
 

Floor tile & Wall tile Can be used with all glaze compositions,but it is favourable the formulations with zincMixable with all other pigments Maximum recommended temperature: 1250oC.

Calcined Alumina:

Purpose:
Calcined alumina is aluminum oxide that has been heated at temperatures in excess of 1,050? C (1,900? F) to drive off nearly all chemically combined water. In this form, alumina has great chemical purity, extreme hardness, high density, and a high melting point.

Engobe Ball:

Purpose:

Ball Clay:

Purpose:
Ball clays are used in homogeneous ceramic bodies, porcelains, stonewares, sanitary wares, casting slips, pressing bodies etc. because of their plastic nature combined with high firing temperature. Ball clays have very high dry shrinkage combined with high green strength and slow drying.

Zinc Oxide
Purpose:
